Between 2018 and 2021, the NPM WG 4 has dealt in detail with topics related to value networks and employment for a sustainable and socially acceptable transformation of mobility in nine reports. In the process, several fields of action could be derived in the area of battery production, battery recycling, fuel cells, power electronics, electric machine but also in topics such as strategic human resources planning and vocational training and qualification. The central demand is to intensify the dialog between the stakeholders in order to assume joint responsibility for the country and its employees.
