The NPE shows how and when cell production can be established in Germany. In doing so, the roadmap analyzes the current and future market environment, the development of cell technology and production technology as well as location-related prerequisites for manufacturing in Germany. In the positive scenario, the NPE recommends the gradual establishment of a cell factory with a capacity of 13 GWh/a by 2025.
