Competence Roadmap. Update 2015

In its second Competence Roadmap, the NPE notes progress to date and highlights the need for action in academic and vocational training. The content of many degree courses and vocational training programs is well adapted to electric mobility. The NPE recommends strengthening cross-sector and interdisciplinary educational approaches and establishing more practical relevance in the training and qualification of skilled workers.
